A Mixed Bag Experience at the Cabanas During my recent stay at the Cabanas, I found it exceeded my expectations in serenity with quiet rooms and friendly, albeit non-English speaking, staff. The lack of basic amenities was alarming. Air conditioning and TV were inoperative, and the swimming pool looked less than inviting. Plus, the absence of curtains made for sleepless nights with relentless light streaming in. Given the luxury price tag, the value proposition significantly fell short. Although spacious and nestled away from the hustle, the comfort level was questionable with numerous inconveniences. It felt concerning at times with unwanted local interactions. While it has potential, I see a need for improvement to match the cost.
